Browns
Veteran Browns left guard Joel Bitonio, now completing his 11th NFL season with one year left on his contract, is contemplating his future. Bitonio revealed that he will evaluate his physical and mental readiness for the 2025 season after the current one ends.
“We’ll see where we’re at in a few weeks after the season,” Bitonio said via 92.3 The Fan. “It’s hard to make a decision in the middle of the grind. I want to finish the year strong and then assess how I’m feeling.”
Additionally, The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reported that restructuring QB Deshaun Watson’s contract helps Cleveland manage its salary cap but does not alter their long-term commitment to him. Despite Watson’s guaranteed role next season, the Browns may still explore adding quarterback competition.
Meanwhile, NFL Media states that Cleveland has no plans to part ways with head coach Kevin Stefanski, despite a challenging season. Former Titans HC Mike Vrabel, currently consulting with the Browns and assisting as an offensive line coach, is expected to pursue a head coaching role, potentially leaving the team needing to bolster their staff.
Ravens
According to The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec, the Ravens could be interested in re-signing defensive lineman Calais Campbell, but a team with higher waiver priority is likely to claim him.
Additionally, Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey was fined $11,255 for taunting during Week 14.
Steelers
Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick was also fined $11,255 for unnecessary roughness due to a facemask penalty in Week 14.
