The Cleveland Browns have been inconsistent over the past few years, taking a step forward only to fall back again. Despite showing promise, they consistently fall short of expectations.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! This has led Tony Rizzo to express his frustration with the team. Speaking on ESPN Cleveland’s “The Really Big Show” on Tuesday, the well-known analyst suggested it’s time for significant changes in the Browns’ front office.
Rizzo criticized the organization for perceiving itself as cutting-edge when, in reality, he believes their approach is outdated. He proposed replacing Kevin Stefanski and other key decision-makers with a stronger coach capable of independent decision-making.
Additionally, Rizzo emphasized the need for a football-savvy leader who values analytics without being entirely driven by them.
While his perspective resonates with some fans, the likelihood of such changes appears slim. Both GM Andrew Berry and Stefanski are expected to remain with the team next season.
